The auction in Honolulu, Hawaii was loaded with fish this morning as many boats landed over the weekend meaning prices are moderating and availability is upon Sashimi Grade Ahi Tuna, Escolar, Striped Marlin and LOTS of different Sashimi Grade snappers like Onaga, Opakapaka and Ehu.
Fishermen on the Eastern Seaboard are landing Jumbo Golden Tilefish this week as well as 10 pounds and up American Red Snappers and Wild Striped Bass from the Chesapeake and Montauk Point. Call us early to guarantee Jumbo sized fish!
